The article includes a brief description of different automated and semi-automated analyzers, used in everyday routine of bacteriologic laboratories. Analysis of devices depending on  the laboratory capacity and aims is presented. General description of high-technology innovations, widely used abroad for microbiological purposes, which are now available in this country, is given.
